Ways To Boost Your Child's Motivation

It’s easy to think some people are more motivated than others, but in fact, motivated people DO things that help them to feel more motivated!! And I believe the best way to amp up your motivation is to start your day on the right foot!

So today is the day to kick start your mornings so you can set yourself up for an empowering day!

Take 5 minutes with your child to go through the below questions to help you start a conversation on how to recharge their mornings and increase their daily motivation:

  • How do you feel when you wake up in the morning?
  • What do you do in the mornings to feel happy and excited for the day?
  • Have you ever set a goal? What happened? Shall we set a morning goal

Eat healthy foods and move your body. Exercise can help us feel energised and happy!

Surround yourself with positive people who help you to feel energised and inspired!

Make your bedroom a place where you feel happy, inspired and motivated! And let's face it...whilst we love a creative space, a clean bedroom also provides you space to feel productive, especially when it comes to having to do homework and assignments!
