Since founding Lemonade Kids in 2020, Bec has mentored over 2,500 children and supported their families along their journey. She views this not as a duty, but a wonderful privilege to work with families in her local community, which continues to bring her joy every single day.
Her previous experience working with children as an Austswim swim instructor, to a Kids Club coordintor, and volunteering weekly with Radio Lollipop at Queensland Children’s Hospital has enabled her the skills and tools to ensure children feel heard, validated and most importantly empowered to face the world standing strong!

He is happy to fight the sedentary life-style, believing that it is necessary to grow a love for exercise and an understanding of fitness from a young age. Knowing that for many this task is simply arduous and excruciating, Kevin firmly believes that it all needs to start with a sense of fun and enjoyment.
With three kids of his own, experience in coaching children across both running and soccer, Kevin’s quest is to share the benefits and joy of consistent exercise with the next generation. He has a clear understanding that elements such as mobility, strength, confidence and resilience are important and hard-earned factors for young people throughout society today.
About Our Standing Strong Youth Leaders
At Lemonade Kids, we value the opportunity to support young people who have experienced our Standing Strong Teens program firsthand, to become an active role model for our younger Strong Little Ones and Junior programs.
Our Youth Leaders support our term programs, holiday workshops and camp by aiding our Instructors, and offering kindness and mentorship to our younger members.
Our program offers an ongoing pathway for our Youth Leaders to showcase and implement their wellbeing skills and tools they have learnt in their time at Lemonade Kids.
