STANDING STRONG TERM PROGRAMS
Standing Strong is a multi-award winning evidence-based program which offers children 5 to 15 years proactive and preventative support to their mental health and well-being.
Our non-clinical programs are uplifting, supportive and fun designed to help children feel resilient and empowered!
Our weekly empowering mindset topics and practical activities help develop your child's life-skill toolkit, enabling them to a confident headstart in overcoming any current or future challenges they may experience.
Our holistic Standing Strong pillars of STRONG Body (movement), STRONG Mind (mindset) and STRONG Heart (mindfulness) help grow your child's long term physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.
2025 STANDING STRONG TERM TOPICS
Each weekly session has a focus on connection, belonging, kindness, support and relationship building. We offer new topics and activities each term and these can be enjoyed as a once off experience (commencing any term) or as a continual program over ongoing terms.
